User management
Search, change role (via the dropdown in the ROLE column), suspend, force-logout sessions, or hard-delete (v0.90.0; superadmin-only, refuses if the user owns scripts or lists — transfer those first via /admin/scripts/view → Transfer owner). Every action writes an audit row. Your own row is intentionally locked — promote a second admin first if you're trying to demote or suspend yourself. The superadmin role moves via the Transfer → button only; the role dropdown won't offer it as a direct value.
