Combine any selection of public lists into a single/tool fetch URL. One pull per fetch, regardless of how many lists are merged in. Your daily 200/day cap covers all your bundles + individual lists combined.

Every individual list URL on /listsis free, forever. The bundle builder is a convenience — it doesn't gate any of the underlying lists.

Bundle URLs go into the same fetch shape as any other list — including check-certificate=yes, which RouterOS does not set for you. Seewhy that flag matters.
