Audit log
Every state-changing action writes a row here. Append-only from application code — rows are never UPDATEd. Retention: rows older than 365 days are pruned by the daily MAINT_CRON tick (v0.94.1; DSAR.md §3.3 floor is 90 days, configurable via MTKF_AUDIT_LOG_RETENTION_DAYS within [90, 3650]).
