Curated-script edit requests

Owner-filed proposals to edit a verified (moderator-reviewed) script while keeping the Verified badge. Approve applies the proposed fields and PRESERVES the badge — review the diff for risky changes (new fetches, modified destructive ops) before approving. Reject leaves the script unchanged; the owner can also save directly elsewhere, which clears the badge immediately without coming here.
